Policies

All appointments require a retainer for booking. Retainer fees are non-refundable and are required to reserve time booked.

Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the appointment or a cancellation charge of 30% of the total service fee will be charged.

Appointments missed without notice, a “no show,” you may be charged up to 50% of the service total. For cancellations made without 24-hour notice, a new retainer must be made to secure the next appointment.

Clients more than 10 minutes late will be considered a "no show" and will be charged as such. Clients more than 10 minutes late will be asked to pay for a new 'retainer fee' which will be applied towards the total cost of the service to reschedule.

No one under the age of 18 will be seen for permanent make up services. No one under the age of 18 will be allowed in the service room.

Because of occupancy limitations, there will be no additional guests allowed during the appointment time. Children will not be allowed to wait unattended during their parent's service.

Guests will be asked to wait outside in their car or at our picnic tables before their service starts. You will be contacted via text by your stylist when they are ready. Guests are asked to wash hands upon entering for their service.

Please do not attend your appointment if you or anyone you have been in contact with has had a fever in the last 48 hours.

Retainer Fees are non-refundable, and are non-transferable to other guests or services. Cash & Card are acceptable forms of payment and are due at the time the service is performed.

There is a no refund policy for services. The client agrees that they are paying for the time and talent of the artist and results are subjective.

We are not open to the public, clients are seen by appointment only. We retain the right to refuse service.
